At Dubai Mahal, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer returns and exchanges in accordance with the terms outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging, with all accessories, labels, and tags intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

2. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Items returned after the 7-day window has passed

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping charges.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item. Dubai Mahal is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. As we currently operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, refunds will be issued via an agreed-upon method (e.g., bank transfer or store credit) as communicated by our support team.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us within the 7-day window. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative or process a refund.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
