Welcome to Dubai Mahal. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Dubai Mahal online store and any purchases made through it. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Dubai Mahal reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products & Availability

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices displayed on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you accordingly.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Orders & Order Confirmation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is confirmed only upon our acceptance, which will be communicated to you via phone, WhatsApp, or email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

5. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our sole payment method. Full payment must be made upon receipt of your order. Failure to make payment at the time of delivery may result in the order being returned and future orders being declined.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within the UAE only. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 5 working days from dispatch. Shipping charges may vary based on your location, order value, or applicable promotions. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund & Exchange Policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dubai Mahal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products purchased through it. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Dubai Mahal and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
